Abstract
Generative artificial intelligence (GAI), which is gradually becoming an important tool for improving design efficiency, has been widely applied in museum cultural and creative product design. This paper proposes a product styling design method that integrates content generation and quantitative evaluation in order to explore the innovation path of GAI in the design of museum cultural and creative products. This method firstly uses Chat GPTto analyze users' perceptual demand, extract design target imagery, and generate Midjourney prompts based on cultural element reference images. Secondly, astylingreferencedatabase is constructed with Mid journey by integrating cultural elements, target imagery, andprompts, with alternative design solutions selected through emotion questionnaires. Finally, the fuzzy set theory in fuzzy mathematics is introduced to prioritize the proposed solutions, forming a decision basis applicable for subsequent optimization design. In this paper, the "Tri-Colored LadyPoloPlayer"figurineblindboxwastakenasanexampletoverifytheproposedmethod, and the results indicate that GAI multi-model collaboration significantly improves design efficiency and result quality in user imagery analysis, imagery transformation, and styling generation. This study not only established a design and evaluation method based on GAI, but also provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the intelligent design of museum cultural and creative products, which is conducive to promoting the creative transformation and sustainable development of cultural heritage.
