The intended audience is educators, researchers, and practitioners engaged in design practices. The letter is shared as an invitation for readers to reflect on how they might experience design and its impacts, and to consider their approaches for collaborative research, education, and idea-sharing as a means to catalyze transformative change for co-creation of just and equitable processes and outcomes.
