Abstract

This letter reflects on the need to integrate ecological sustainability into exhibition design education. Despite growing awareness of environmental challenges, exhibition design education seems to struggle to embed sustainability as a core teaching principle. Exhibition design frequently involves temporary structures, intensive resource use, and tight deadlines, which conflict with sustainability goals.
